Install ffdshow.exe
(Keep Pressing OK and NEXT until you reach the Finish screen)
Tick Run video decoder configuration Click Finish
Next click Codecs from the menu on the left
Then on the right find MPEG2
Select libacodec from the drop-down box. Click Apply
And finally click DirectShow control from the menu on the left
Untick Don't use ffdshow in
(This is to allow video playback in-game)
Extract Beatmania iidx 17 sirius
Open Beatmania iidx 17 sirius directory
Launch the game from cracked\bm2dx.exe
The game will now boot up
