Control panel/Region/Administrative
Click Change system locale...
Select Japanese (Japan) click OK
Reboot your computer
(Note - Your language and keyboard layout will stay the same)

Extract Legacy of lunatic kingdom
Mount the .iso with either
Windows explorer (Windows 7 and higher)
Daemon tools lite or virtual drive of your choice

Go to the disc drive
Open and install the game with setup.exe

INSTALLATION/UPDATES
Set your computer Region to Japanese locale
Run any install.exe or setup.exe as administrator
Copy patches/updates into the game directory THEN run them

Touhou Community Reliant Automatic Patcher
