Reboot your computer

Extract Phantasmagoria of flower view
Mount the .iso with either
Windows explorer (Windows 7 and higher)
Daemon tools lite or virtual drive of your choice
Go to the disc drive
Open and install the game with Install.exe
INSTALLATION/UPDATES
Set your computer Region to Japanese locale
Run any install.exe or setup.exe as administrator
Copy patches/updates into the game directory THEN run them
